 How to order

First, check our catalogue. The simplest case is where we've already created an "off-the-shelf" CD which exactly matches your requirements; otherwise, you need to find out whether we've already created all the rehearsal material to support your concert, or whether we'd need to create some (or all) of the material for you from scratch.

Follow one of the following paths:

An "off-the-shelf" CD already exists?

  1. There is no minimum order size

  2. Decide whether you want to order just the CD, or (the best value) a package including the score and the CD

  3. From the catalogue, you may place your order on-line, using PayPal or your credit-card

  4. If you prefer, you may order by post including a cheque

  5. We normally dispatch within two working days of receipt of your order

All the rehearsal material already exists?

  1. You design your own "compilation CD" of pieces to suit your concert

  2. You place an order by e-mail for the number of CD variants required (again, there is no minimum order size)

  3. We e-mail back an invoice which acknowledges your order, and contains a link whereby you may use PayPal or your credit-card

  4. If you prefer, you may confirm your order by post including a cheque

  5. We normally dispatch within a week of receipt of your confirmed order

You need some new rehearsal material?

  1. You contact us to request us to create the new material, with as much information about the new work(s) as you can give us

  2. We check that all work is in print and that the undertaking is feasible, and reply to you with a firm offer to produce the material

  3. You design your own "compilation CD" of pieces to suit your concert; it may include existing material as well as your new pieces

  4. You place an order by e-mail. In this case you must order a minimum of 50 CDs; however, if your choir or group is smaller than this, we'll allow you to take a partial credit-note (see below for an example of how this might work)

  5. We e-mail back an invoice which acknowledges your order, and contains a link whereby you may use PayPal or your credit-card

  6. If you prefer, you may confirm your order by post including a cheque

  7. Here our delivery time depends on the complexity and length of the new material; we would have given you an estimate at step 2

Partial credit-note example

Your chamber-choir of 24 wants to perform the little-known choral version of John Cage's seminal work 4'33", but strangely, cannot find a rehearsal CD for it. You commission us to produce one, and since we need to create the material for this demanding piece from scratch, you must pay us for 50 CDs. Your choir only has 24 members, however, so we only send you 24 CDs, along with a credit-note for 26 "free" CDs, redeemable against a future order. (These 26 CDs can only include works we've already created, though - otherwise, in extremis, you could commission us to produce 50 new works for the price of one, and we wouldn't stay in business long...)
